In signing and submitting this application form, the applicant will accept and abide by the Articles of Incorporation and the By-Laws of the Chamber, including any subsequent amendments, resolutions and rules promulgated by the Board of Directors. |

The accomplishment and filing of the application form do not per se result to the applicant’s admission as a member of ANZCHAM. Admission as a member is not a right but a privilege that is subject to the minimum qualification requirements as provided in the ANZCHAM by-laws and guidelines or criteria as may be promulgated by the Board of Directors. |

The Board of Directors of ANZCHAM, subject to the immediately preceding paragraph, has the authority to admit an applicant to the membership. |

All admitted applicants are automatically considered as Corporate Members, unless the company they are affiliated to is already an existing member of the Chamber. This category involves companies who have or wish to have commercial and representative relations with Australia and/or New Zealand. Annual membership dues currently amount to PHP 15,000. New members are required to pay a joining fee of PHP 2,200 for the first year of membership. Membership dues may be increased by the Board of Directors. |

As regards current membership, the ANZCHAM Secretariat will send the member a notice regarding his expiring membership a month prior to the actual (expiration) date. Should s/he decide not to renew, s/he is required to provide a letter addressed to the Membership Services & Communications Coordinator, stating that s/he is terminating his/her membership and what are his/her reasons for doing so. This must be done within the one month period prior to the actual membership expiration date. Otherwise, it will be automatically assumed that the individual/company is renewing its membership for another year and will thus be billed the corresponding dues. |

Should there be a change of company representative or contact details, kindly inform the ANZCHAM Secretariat in writing (formal letter or email) so that it can immediately update its database. |

The applicant must enclose his/her Bio-Data and Company Profile to expedite the processing of his/her membership application. An ID photo should also be provided for the ANZCHAM Secretariat’s files. Please submit the above documents, together with the payment (either cash or check) to the ANZCHAM Secretariat – 7/F Ascott Makati, Glorietta 4, Ayala Center, Makati City.
