About Events

ANZCHAM understands the diversity of its members, knowing that each person has a different style of acquiring and maintaining business contacts. This is the reason why the Chamber is renowned for its well-organized and attended business and social events – because we provide our members and guests with the perfect venue to enjoy themselves and do business at the same time.
ANZCHAM business events consist of the following:

1. Monthly Members Meetings
Each month, relevant and timely issues are thoroughly discussed through privilege speeches delivered by our guest speakers who are closely involved with the matter at hand;  

2. Economic Briefing
Held twice a year, ANZCHAM invites keynote speakers from the ADB, World Bank, Embassy, the government and/or the private sector to give an in-depth analysis of the state of the Philippine economy and careful forecasts on Philippine economy and politics can affect future trade and investments;

3. Job Fair
Co-organized with other Chambers of Commerce in the Philippines, ANZCHAM aims to provide businesses a chance to recruit the best and the top of the most qualified employees from the finest schools in the Philippines. This is also an event that will gives companies an opportunity to network and gain contacts within and beyond the foreign chambers.

4. Lifestyle Fair
Co-organized with other Chambers of Commerce in the Philippines, ANZCHAM organizes a contemporary Lifestyle Expo which aims to presents products and services that cater to the dynamic and fast-paced lifestyle of consumers today. This event aims to give opportunities to companies in reaching target markets, generate product and services awareness as well as network within and beyond the foreign chambers.

5. JFC Networking Night
Co-organized with the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in the Philippines (AMCHAM, CANCHAM, ECCP, KCCP, JCCP and PAMURI), ANZCHAM  organizes this year event to foster ties between the private and public sectors by giving guests a venue to interact and network in an informal business setting.

Equally successful are the ANZCHAM Social Events, which are as follows

1. Manila 10s Rugby Lunch
A prelude to the much-awaited Manila 10s Rugby Tournament, ANZCHAM whets the members\' (and even non-members) appetite for the sport by importing successful and multi-awarded rugby players to spend a day and reminisce memorable rugby moments with their avid supporters.

2. AFL Grand Finals
Australians share the pumping adrenaline of footy as they watch the game together with their beloved footy icons. Authentic Australian meat pies cap off this perfect sporting day.

3. ANZCHAM Annual Golf Day
Golf is undoubtedly a famous sport anywhere in the world. That is why ANZCHAM organizes a yearly golf day to allow its members and guests to foster camaraderie with each other and unwind after a long work week.

4. Sundowner
ANZCHAM knows that a working day doesn\'t always end at 6:00 PM. That is why the Chamber gives its members and guests the opportunity to do business, without the overbearing pressure of a corporate setting. The Sundowner is indeed the perfect mix of relaxing and networking.
